Winchester City Council, UK - Budget Simulator

Overview

Winchester City Council needed to save £5 million over the next 3 years, aiming to achieve a balance budget by financial year 2022/23. 

In order to achieve this they would need to make savings across a number of services, potentially reducing the services that are available to the public. With this in mind they wanted to involve their citizens in making these tough decisions and asked the public to prioritise the services that they valued most.
