The Highland Council, UK - Budget Simulator

Overview

The Highland Council in Scotland wanted to share their budget challenge with their citizens, and see what services the public would prioritise if they were in charge of the budget for the day.

Using a Budget Simulator participants were able to allocate more funding to their most valued services, and cut funding to services they favoured least.
