South East Water, Australia - Bill Simulator
Overview
South East Water in Melbourne, Australia used a Bill Simulator to involve their customers in the complex process of setting water & sewerage rates for the next 5 years.
By using impact statements & embedding information throughout the Simulator participants were educated on how their rates are generated and why an increase may be necessary; learning through the process of participation.
