Shetland Council, UK - Budget Simulator

Overview

Shetland Council in Scotland, UK ran a "Building Budgets" Simulator as they wanted to involve the public in deciding how to allocate the budget for the coming financial year.

The Simulator not only represented directly run council services, but also included those jointed delivered by council along with NHS Shetland - collectively known as the integrated Health & Social Care Partnership.
