Rhondda Cynon Taf Council, UK - Budget Simulator

Overview

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council in Wales used Simulator to involve their citizens in allocating the budget on the service groups they valued the most.

Respondents were asked to make up the budget shortfall by reducing services in some groups, whilst they could improve some services if they made up the shortfall elsewhere.
