Overview

Magna Housing is an independent housing company working with local communities across Dorset and Somerset who help people solve their housing problems and realise their full housing potential. 

Customers are at the heart of everything Magna do and so it's important that they are listening effectively and being accountable for what they do, and acting on customer feedback.

To show their commitment to their tenants Magna want to adopt the "Together with tenants charter" which sets out their promises to their customers about what they can expect from them as a service provider. 

In order to do this they used Simulator and asked their tenants to set their priorities against options on a pre-determined list so that they could more clearly understand just what is most important to their tenants, and why this might be so that they can make meaningful and long lasting change together.
