East Renfrewshire Council, UK - Budget Simulator
Overview
East Renfrewshire in Scotland used Simulator to involve the public when consulting on the budget. By informing the participant at the point of response, the authority were able to better educate the public on the difficult trade-offs that needed to be made and as a result received much higher quality responses; better informing their final decision.
