Cottsway Housing Association, UK - Together With Tenants Charter Priorities

Overview

Cottsway Housing Association in the UK are part of the Together With Tenants Charter which aims to strengthen the relationship between tenants and housing association landlords. 

Cottsway Housing have already completed a self assessment, but they wanted to hear from the tenants that they serve in order to help identify which services need the most attention and improvement to deliver the most effective service across the region. 

In this first of three Simulator rounds of engagement the main topic focus was on 'Relationships" and "Communication'.
