Cheshire West & Chester, UK - Budget Simulator

Overview

Cheshire West & Chester Council were faced with a £57 million budget reduction and used a budget Simulator between 2015 & 2018 to involve their citizens in the challenge.

Participants were asked to prioritise the services that they valued most in order to make reductions in other service areas and balance the books.
